Out of Network and Self Pay:

We are currently out-of-network providers with other insurance plans. If you have out-of-network benefits, as a courtesy, we can bill your insurance company directly. We will submit your claim after each session. Please be mindful that some coverage benefits are subject to a deductible and/or cap the amount of visits each year. Our billing team will make sure to inform you of all your benefits prior to your initial visit. 

If you would like to submit your own claim, we can provide you with a superbill upon request. A superbill is a document with the provided services that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement through your insurance plan's out-of-network benefits. Payment is due in full at time of session.

For individuals without insurance or for services not covered by their insurance plans, we offer self-pay options. 

The forms of payment we accept are cash, check, Zelle, HSA and credit cards.
